No month picker and no labels. Each document is recognised from its own cover, filed under its month and vehicle, extracted beside its source lines, checked, mapped to the security master and published when every check passes. Anything that needs a human lands in the workbench with the reason.

Each file is recognised from its own first page, filed under its month and vehicle, extracted beside its source lines, checked, and published when every check passes. The whole site then reads the new month.

Published releases are immutable. Dropping documents for an already-published month creates a correction revision; publishing it marks the earlier revision superseded.

NoteWhat is read from each document. The PMS factsheet gives performance, allocations, mixes, valuation and commentary; the PMS top-30 sheet gives ranks, sectors, constructs, concentration and risk metrics; flyers add the 4-year column; a holdings CSV (templates/holdings.csv) adds per-name weights; AIF top-30 sheets update the scheme pages. Names not yet in the security master are matched against the listed universe automatically.
